Maintain SQL scripts, batch files, and shell automations for CES and HSS applications. Load pricing and knowledge base files bi-weekly to UAT and production environments. Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for on-prem OPTUM applications and Azure-based cloud databases. Perform backup operations using Rubrik Backup Exec; participate in upgrades, installations, and new setups. Coordinate daily with clients for requirement clarifications, estimation, and scheduling. Prepare system requirement documents based on business requirements and feasibility studies. Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and defect-free deliveries. Support the development and business teams by analyzing enhancement requirements. Manage acceptance testing, perform quality checks, and contribute to project documentation and reporting. Must-Have Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience withSQL Server 2016 or later . Proficiency in writing and maintainingSQL scripts and batch/shell scripts . Basic knowledge ofC++ programming . Experience withAzure cloudenvironments and on-premises application support. Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity withRubrik Backup Execor similar backup tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Good-to-Have Skills Exposure toscripting tools or languageslike PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Prior experience working withhealthcare or insurance domains , especially involvingPHI data handling . Understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC) . Experience in coordinating with third-party vendors or application providers (e.g., Optum). Knowledge of DevOps tools and monitoring systems is a plus.
