About Ekaani: Ekaani is a premier luxury home décor and gifting brand, renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and curated collections. With a growing presence in premium retail and the jewelry gifting space, we are expanding our B2B outreach to connect with high-end retailers and boutique partners across India.Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken B2B Sales Associate to support our sales efforts in the jewelry and luxury gifting sectors. You’ll work closely with the B2B Sales Manager to identify potential retail partners, generate qualified leads, and assist in building strong, lasting relationships with key accounts.Key Responsibilities: Channel Support & Market Outreach Assist in identifying and reaching out to jewelry retailers and specialty stores for partnerships Support in onboarding new retail accounts and managing documentation Lead Generation & Client Interaction Research and compile potential client lists in target markets Participate in client meetings, product pitches, and follow-ups Maintain lead tracking systems and update CRM tools regularly Client Servicing & Relationship Building Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing orders, sample deliveries, and client queries Help ensure a high standard of service and timely communication with accounts Sales Operations & Reporting Assist in preparing presentations, sales proposals, and order reports Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support strategy developmentQualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing (luxury, jewelry, or lifestyle industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment Willingness to travel and represent the brand at retail meetings, exhibitions, and events Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel is a plus
