As part of StellarNOVA Ventures, we’re creating a global network of smart farms and AI-driven agriculture solutions that tackle climate change, food security, and sustainability.Your Mission (Key Objectives – First 2 Months) •Brand Visibility : Drive INNOFarms.AI’s visibility as a pioneer in Robotics & AI-driven AgTech across India, the Middle East, and SEA. •Lead Generation : Launch targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified “Request Demo” leads for our core B2B solutions (INNOMarketTrend, FarmxOS, GrowSmartRobotics, INNOGrowPods). •Global Brand Building : Position INNOFarms.AI on global platforms as next-gen AgTech innovators.Responsibilities • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, newsletters) targeting AgTech & CEA/Vertical Farming segments. • Build targeted outreach for UAE, KSA, Singapore, and SEA agribusinesses, government innovation programs, and the VC ecosystem. • Collaborate with leadership to craft thought-leadership content (LinkedIn, blogs, founder interviews). • Manage SEO/SEM, social media content calendars, paid media, and analytics dashboards. •Coordinate the launch of awareness campaignsfor INNOFarms.AI’s patented technologies and pilot initiatives. •Support brand-building initiatives for StellarNOVA Venture Lab and its portfolio. •Maintain consistent storytelling across alldigital platforms and investor-facing materials. • Track campaign metrics, optimize conversion funnels, and iterate based on performance.What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience indigital marketing, brand growth, or B2B startup marketing . • Excellent content writing, storytelling, and campaign management skills. • Strong knowledge ofperformance marketingtools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). • Experience working withstartup founders , especially inTech/AgTech/SaaS,is a big plus. • Comfortable with PowerPoint Presentation, Canva, Hubspot/Mailchimp, Analytics tool,s etc... •Prior experience or understanding of AgTech, FoodTech, or Smart Farming markets in the Middle East, SEA, or India is highly desirable. •Experience with organizing or participating in expos, demo days, government roadshows, or sustainability events. •Ability to not just generate leads but drive demo conversions, follow-ups, and Sales handover with Product teams. • Someone hungry tobuild a global brand and a creative, can-do, positive attitude who can take ownership with minimal hand-holding .✨ Why Join Us • Be part of one of the most innovative AgTech startups revolutionizing vertical farming & food systems. • Getglobal exposureto clients and markets in theMiddle Eas t, India, Southeast Asia/Singapore, and Hong Kong •Work directly with the Founder/CEOandglobal leadership team. • Opportunity to grow withStellarNOVA Venture Lab'sgrowing portfolio. •Dynamic startup culture with autonomy, ownership, and impact.How to Apply / Express Interest Send your LinkedIn profile or resume to with the subject line: “ Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Executive ” Include a brief note on your relevant experience, target regions, and network strength.
