Key Responsibilities:- Collecting TNI from Department Heads and Plant Heads in line with business requirement.Experience in company's inhouse Learning Institute / University- Support in develop & implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with Organizational goals.- Design and deliver engaging learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills development.- Manage and maintain a curriculum catalogue, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.- Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and webinars.- Evaluate program effectiveness, using metrics and analytics to inform future learning initiatives.- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring effective use of resources.- Partner with external vendors and consultants to deliver learning programs.- Develop internal trainer.
