Role Overview: As a Cargo Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team, coordinating cargo bookings, handling client communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for MY Freighter's cargo services. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate cargo bookings and space availability with clients and the airline. Assist the sales team with follow-ups, quotations, and documentation. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and service support. Liaise with internal departments and partners to ensure timely execution of shipments. Prepare sales reports and assist in market data analysis. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in air cargo operations, customer service, or sales coordination. Knowledge of air cargo booking processes and documentation (AWB etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A degree or diploma in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
