Front Desk Job Description :Warmly welcome visitors, students, and clients as they arrive.Ensure a professional and friendly first impression of the academy.Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a prompt and courteous manner.Redirect calls and queries to the appropriate department or individual.Manage appointments, class bookings, and meetings using scheduling tools or software.Maintain and update daily schedules of trainers, faculty, and management.Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and facilities to walk-in and online inquiries.Guide visitors and new students regarding registration, orientation, or payment procedures.Maintain visitor and student records.Responsibilities:Assist in filing, printing, data entry, and documentation tasks as required.Handle registration forms, payment receipts, and basic office documentation.Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for necessary services.Address and resolve minor complaints or concerns from students or visitors.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on student queries.Submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management on inquiries, walk-ins, and general front desk activities.Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and behaviorAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)Positive attitude and customer service orientationSalary: INR 20000 to 30000Full time job: 9:45 am till 7:00 pm (one weekly off)*Willing to relocate from Saket to East Punjabi Bagh after 2 months** Please note that this position is open exclusively for female candidates.
