Job descriptionBUSINESS HEAD (SCHOOLS) (Strategic Vision | Operational Excellence | Academic Innovation)We are seeking an exceptional Business Head (Schools) to lead the transformation of our school network into a high-performing, innovative, and financially sound educational group under VSPM AHE, Nagpur and ADP, Nagpur.Key Responsibilities: 1.Financial Leadership & Cost Management Full ownership of P&L and profitability of schools Implement cost control measures and optimization strategies Identify and prevent revenue leakages through robust internal checks Drive periodic audits for financial, academic, and operational compliance 2.Academic & Global Collaboration Develop partnerships with national/international schools for academic excellence Facilitate teacher/student exchange programs for knowledge upgradation Introduce global best practices across curriculum, pedagogy, and systems 3.Talent Acquisition & Engagement Recruit and retain top-tier teachers, principals, and education leaders Launch engagement initiatives to connect students, parents, and staff meaningfully Foster a strong institutional culture built on transparency, innovation, and collaboration 4.Tech-Driven Schooling Oversee LMS implementation, digital learning tools, and smart student interfaces Enable real-time school monitoring through dashboards and MIS reporting Use data analytics for feedback analysis and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) 5.Marketing, Branding & Outreach Build a strong brand presence for the school on print, digital, and social media Drive campaigns to position the school as a leader in holistic and modern education 6.Governance & Quality Assurance Conduct regular operational and academic audits Implement CAPA frameworks based on stakeholder feedback and audit findings Ensure compliance with all statutory and accreditation requirementsCandidate Profile: 10+ years in senior leadership roles in academic industry or cbse/icse schools (within K12 education or related sectors) or management consulting for academic industry. Proven track record of financial ownership and operational turnaround of schools. Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in academic/school administration and innovation Strong interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations
