Job Description- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and development teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements. - Agile Planning and Prioritization: Work closely with Agile development teams to prioritize and plan sprints, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software releases. - User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create and manage user stories, detailing the specific functionality and acceptance criteria, to guide the development process. - Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure the digital platform meets their needs. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and smooth execution of development activities. - Feature Delivery: Monitor and track the progress of feature development, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhancements to the digital platform, driving a culture of continuous improvement. - Product Performance and Analytics: Monitor and analyse key metrics and user feedback to measure the performance of the digital platform and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.All you need is:- Minimum 6-15 Years of experience in requirement gathering analysis and functional design in ocean container shipping, freight and logistics domain. - Strong understanding of container shipping industry - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes. - Conduct market research activities to understand market insights. - Experience in managing a small to mid-size team. - Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA or EquivalentKnowledge and Background:- Deep understanding of container booking, routing, scheduling, capacity management and documentation process - Knowledge of container shipping IT applications and process flows - Work experience with container shipping line’s IT department is preferred
