The Merchandiser will be responsible forcommunication with buyersandcoordination with designers and product developers , ensuring smooth workflow and alignment with market trends and brand aesthetics.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Leather Design, or Accessories Design. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for buyer engagement. Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Knowledge of a foreign languageis an added advantage. Experience in coordinating with designers and product development teams. Knowledge of fashion trends, materials, and design principles. Understanding ofmarketing strategiesand consumer behavior. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Previous experience in the fashion, leather, or accessories industry is a plus.
