We are looking for a talented Technical Analyst to join our team for a Google CCAI (Contact Center AI) Agent Assist project.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions to enhance customer service operations. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with AI and machine learning technologies.Key Responsibilities:· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications like SDD, HDD, LDD.· Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Google CCAI Agent Assist.· Analyze and optimize the performance of AI models and algorithms.· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues.· Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on system performance.· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.· Train and mentor junior team members on AI technologies and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Proven experience as a Technical Analyst or similar roles, preferably in AI or machine learning projects.· Strong knowledge of Google CCAI Agent Assist and related technologies like Dialogflow CX, Insights, CCAI Platform.· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.· Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).If this position is of interest please apply for immediate consideration
