As a Sr Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a feature entrusted to you as part of the iRetail product. In the process of building features, you are expected to hone new skills and digital capabilities.The Responsibilities:Envision, design, develop, test, code-review and deploy solutions in adherence to set timelines.Build expertise in 1 technology and a broad understanding of 3 new product areas.Experience and Skills:4-10 Years of ExperienceExperience in designing and developing Java technologiesExposure to microservices and API designFamiliar with MERN, Kotlin/FlutterAWS-based solutionsCI/CD based on JenkinsAutomation service tests and unit testsBias to automate all repeated efforts using scripts and toolsFamiliar with Agile methodologyAbility to adapt and pick up new skills and technologiesKeen to learn digital capabilities on different platforms, including but not limited to NLP, Conversation platforms, personalisation, social integration, data analytics, etc.Preference for experience in retail/ecommerce/digital platforms
