Job description Position Overview: The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in driving business growth in international markets.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company's presence in target markets and achieve revenue targets. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to enhance market penetration and generate business leads. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process from proposal writing and research design, analysis and interpretation, report preparation and presentation delivery. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, industry associations, and government agencies, to support business objectives. Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, trade shows, and expos to promote brand visibility and explore potential collaborations. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences, and leverage insights to refine business strategies. Represent IAC at industry conferences, trade fairs, and other events, delivering engaging presentations and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Act as a spokesperson for the organization, articulating our mission, values, and accomplishments to diverse audiences. Collaborate with internal teams, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management review. Stay updated on relevant industry developments, regulatory changes, and global economic trends to anticipate opportunities and challenges for the business. Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.Desired profile of the candidate: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience (3 years) in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in international trade, investment, or related industries. Good understanding of business culture in India and International trade practices would be desirable. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve targets and deliver results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders. Strategic thinker with analytical prowess and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to represent the company and engage in business development activities.
