Job Title: Senior IT Support Engineer – Microsoft & Networking (Remote, India)Experience: 7–10+ YearsLocation: Remote (India)Working Hours: PST Shift (with IST-PST overlap)Job Type: Full-TimeDepartment: IT Support / InfrastructurePosition Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure. This is a fully remote position based in India, requiring flexible coverage aligned with PST hours. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10+ years of deep hands-on experience in IT support, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Office 365, device and identity management, network troubleshooting, and cloud-based administration.This role demands a well-rounded engineer capable of working independently, handling escalations, and managing both end-user and backend IT environments across multiple domains.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive remote IT support for end-users including advanced troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for user provisioning, role-based access control, conditional access, MFA, and identity protection.Support and administer Microsoft Intune (endpoint/device management), hybrid Active Directory, and security compliance features.Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues related to VPN, DNS, DHCP, proxies, and firewall rules affecting system availability.Support enterprise hardware/software remotely including Windows OS, printers, endpoints, and mobile device policies.Serve as an escalation point for complex issues from L1 or L2 support teams.Document all incidents and resolutions in ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).Create SOPs and contribute to knowledge base articles to streamline support delivery.Collaborate with other IT teams (cloud, networking, application support) to ensure seamless service delivery.Coordinate with vendor support teams (Microsoft, OEMs, etc.) as needed for issue resolution.Required Qualifications:7–10+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments and Group Policy.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: VPN, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, and remote access.Proficient with Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and mobile device management.Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.Excellent communication skills to support remote teams and end-users globally.Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, customer-facing support environment.Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory but a Plus):Microsoft: MS-100, MS-700, AZ-104, MD-102Networking: CCNA or equivalent knowledgeITIL Certification or familiarity with ITIL-based processesTools & Platforms:Microsoft Admin Centers (M365, Entra, Intune)ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Jira, FreshserviceRemote support tools: RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Microsoft Quick AssistEndpoint management & security platforms
