From thumb-stopping Reels to on-trend content, you’ll help us stay relevant, real, and results-driven.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and create original content (videos, photos, copy) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTubeDevelop content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural momentsShoot and edit quick-turn content (DIY, ASMR, recipes, trends, etc.)Work with in-house teams, agencies, and influencers to co-create engaging campaignsAnalyze performance data and optimize content based on insightsStay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and viral moments to keep our brands fresh and currentEnsure brand voice and visual identity is consistent across channelsSkills & Experience6–8 years of hands-on experience in content creation, preferably for consumer brands or in the FMCG spaceStrong skills in short-form video creation, editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Canva, etc.)Fluent in Instagram Reels, memes, and internet cultureA sharp eye for aesthetics, design, and storytellingExperience working with brand guidelines and adapting tone-of-voice across different platformsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBonus: Photography, animation, or motion graphics skillsWhat We’re Looking ForA content-first thinker who lives and breathes socialA storyteller with a sense of humor, timing, and trend fluencySomeone who understands the FMCG world and knows how to make brands feel human onlineA self-starter who can ideate, execute, and iterate quickly
