Join us and be a part of a dynamic, fast-growing organization that values innovation, customer-centricity, and career growth.Job Overview: As an HNI Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), understanding their financial needs, and offering them customized insurance and investment solutions. The role will involve a combination of sales, client relationship management, and providing tailored financial solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of HNIs, understanding their unique financial goals and needs.Provide expert advice on a range of insurance and investment products including life insurance, health insurance, wealth management, and other financial services.Conduct regular meetings with HNIs to offer personalized solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell insurance and investment products to the HNI clientele.Stay updated on market trends and financial products to provide the best solutions.Achieve sales targets and other KPIs set by the company.Work closely with internal teams (underwriting, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Attend networking events and maintain a robust network of HNI prospects.Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of insurance and investment products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.Self-driven with a strong passion for sales and relationship building.Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.Postgraduate (MBA) 2024 -2025 in any relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration).Compensation:For Freshers: 5 LPACompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Health benefits, insurance, and other perks.Note:Immediate joiner onlyShould have two wheeler and licenseShare your resume at 9289904576 or meenakshijaiswal1@
