This role demands strong executive presence, maturity, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. The candidate must be highly organized, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to seamlessly manage both operational detail and broader strategic alignment..Role and Responsibilities:The role includes administrative and strategic functions, and is not limited to the responsibilities mentioned below:- Manage the daily operations of the Leadership Office, ensuring alignment of tasks, priorities, and communications. - Provide comprehensive calendar, meeting, and travel management with a high degree of foresight and confidentiality. - Coordinate with senior leadership, academic teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. - Prepare high-quality briefs, documents, etc., if and when required. - Represent the office in select meetings, with the ability to follow through on outcomes. - Track and monitor cross-functional projects and initiatives. - Support in the preparation and management of key governance meetings. - Maintain an effective documentation and filing system; manage data, reports, and dashboards for internal decision-making. - Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters while managing information flow with professionalism.Eligibility:- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution (a Master’s degree in Management, Public Policy, Education, or related field is a bonus). - Minimum 15 years of experience in executive support, leadership office operations, or institutional coordination with high-level stakeholders.Skill Sets:- Proven track record of supporting C-suite or senior leadership, managing high-level operations, communications, and institutional initiatives. - Strong strategic thinking, execution ability, and interpersonal confidence. - Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced decision-making environments. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong follow-through. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with online tools like Zoom, MS Teams, and collaborative platforms. - Professional demeanor with the ability to work discreetly and effectively across functions and levels.Application Process:Submit your updated resume by filling out the form: by 23rd April 2025 (Wednesday)
