We're on the lookout for aWebsite & Amazon Catalog Specialistwho’s ready to take our digital presence to the next level across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and beyond.Your Core Responsibilities Own the Digital Shelf:Manage, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and our Shopify-based Full Marks website SEO for E-Commerce:Implement advanced keyword optimization, backend search terms, A+ content strategies, and structured data enhancements to improve organic visibility and Buy Box wins SEM & Paid Ad Alignment:Work with our marketing team to ensure product listings align with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, increasing CTRs and ROAS Creative Conversion Assets:Optimize product images, infographics, videos, and product descriptions in line with UX best practices and mobile-first design principles Inventory & Logistics Sync:Coordinate real-time stock updates and fulfillment requirements with the logistics team for smooth last-mile delivery Data-Driven Decisions:Monitor traffic sources, conversion rates, keyword ranking reports, and sales analytics to iterate on listing performance and suggest ROI-focused changes Tech Troubleshooter:Detect and resolve catalog errors, suppressed listings, and compliance flags (GTIN/UPC mismatches, category misassignments, and more) Review & Reputation Management:Track and respond to reviews and customer queries to enhance seller ratings and trust metrics✅ We’d Love It If You Have Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in catalog management, marketplace SEO, and product listing optimization Strong grasp of Amazon A9 algorithm, Flipkart keyword bidding, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify CMS Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and KeywordTool.io Basic HTML/CSS skills for tweaks to product pages, meta-tags, and structured snippets Experience managing large-scale product catalogs, seasonal campaigns, and promotional eventsWhat’s In It for You?
