TDMM is a leading market-making and programmatic trading company in the exciting and fast- evolving world of cryptocurrency trading. We are looking to hire a Trading Operations Associate to join us on a full-time basis. You will be an integral part of our trading team, responsible for supporting daily trading activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our trading systems. You will work closely with traders, developers, and other team members to optimize trading processes, monitor markets, and manage risks.Key Responsibilities: 1. Trade Monitoring and Support Monitor real-time trading activities and market conditions across multiple crypto exchanges. Assist traders in executing trades and managing order flow. Ensure all trades are accurately recorded and reconciled in the trading systems. 2. System Operations and Maintenance Oversee the operational health of trading systems, ensuring minimal downtime and swift issue resolution. Collaborate with the IT and development teams to identify and troubleshoot system issues. Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance. 3. Risk Management Implement and monitor risk management protocols to mitigate potential trading risks. Conduct post-trade analysis to identify and rectify discrepancies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze trading data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of key trading metrics. 5. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance trading operations processes and workflows. Propose and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Document and standardize operational procedures. 6. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment and transparency. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation from one of the top tier MBA/Engineering Colleges. Trading/Risk Management experience of 2-4 years in a trading firm . Crypto trading is a plus Total experience - 2 to 6 years Well versed with ms-office, spreadsheets Logical and good aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with algorithmic trading or market making. Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital assets. Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
