The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable applications using MongoDB, Express, various message queues, Redis, and implementing security best practices. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.Microservices Architecture: Implement and manage microservices-based architecture, ensuring seamless integration and communication between services.Database Management: Work with MongoDB to design and optimize database schemas, implement data storage solutions, and ensure data integrity.API Development: Create RESTful APIs using Express.js to enable frontend-backend communication.Message Queue Management: Utilize message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) for asynchronous processing and to enhance application performance.Caching Solutions: Implement Redis for caching and improving the performance of applications.Security Implementation: Ensure best practices in security, including data protection, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software.Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and maintainability.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime of applications.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, APIs, and application workflows.Key Requirements:Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.Proven experience in Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript.Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.Familiarity with MongoDB and Express.js.Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching solutions like Redis.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Proficiency in security best practices for web applications.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.If you find this this opportunity interesting kindly share your below details (Mandatory)Total ExperienceExperience in Node.JS -Experience in React.JS –Experience in MongoDB-Experience in Microservices -Current CTC-Expected CTC-Notice period-Current Location-If you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
