This role involves providing backend operational support to the field maintenance team, ensuring smooth coordination for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities, complaint handling, service scheduling, and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with field technicians and service engineers for daily maintenance schedules and complaint resolution.Maintain and update service logs, AMC records, call reports, and complaint registers.Generate and manage service requests, job sheets, and customer acknowledgment forms.Track AMC renewal dates, prepare renewal quotes, and follow up with clients through the sales/service team.Update customer data and elevator-specific details in the internal system or ERP.Follow up on pending complaints, escalations, and part replacements in coordination with stores and service teams.Prepare monthly and quarterly reports related to service efficiency, breakdown trends, and customer feedback.Coordinate with the accounts department for AMC invoicing and payment status updates.Maintain documentation for statutory inspections, audit readiness, and safety compliance where required.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.2+ years of experience in a similar coordination or service support role; experience in elevator or engineering service industries is preferred.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication; ERP/CRM system knowledge is an added advantage.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure.Preferred Attributes:Familiarity with elevator maintenance cycles and AMC structures.Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Experience handling service coordination across multiple branches or zones is a plus.If this sounds like the opportunity you are looking for, apply now or for more information contact careers@What moves you?At Eskay Elevators, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters for the world towards vertical movement.
