Exp Required: 12+ yearsLocation: Mumbai (Powai)Contact: ashirbad.singh@Job Summary:Looking for a person who is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to head the DEI Function. This role provides an opportunity to make an organization-wide positive impact through driving inclusion.The DEI head will be primarily responsible for strategizing DEI within the organization and ensuring effective execution of the same. As part of their charter, they will align stakeholders to the organization goals for DEI, create and implement programs that drive systemic change and create Equity. This includes analysing data, putting measures in place, designing and executing initiatives and interacting with stakeholders across functions to achieve DEI goals.Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Establish the DEI strategy - Oversee multiple projects across our focus areas of DEI which include Gender, Persons with Disability, LGBTQ+ Inclusion, Veterans, Ethnicity / Nationality. - Use DEI analytics and impact analysis to influence appropriate strategy / actions - Programs manage and promote DE&I initiatives across and share best practices externally - Build partnerships with external organizations to help hire diverse talent - Work with business and TA teams to improve diversity representation at all levels - Champion ERGs - Ensure compliance with regulations on diversity and equity - Stay connected with industry trends and best practices on DEI - Work effectively across cultures and time zones, including spending sufficient time working with the global teams to support and deliver as appropriate - Support on DEI requests for RFPs / Customers / AwardsSkills:- Competent in project management; can manage many priorities and independently handles tasks - Cross-functional skills with effective Stakeholder management to influence a broad group of stakeholders, partners, and senior leaders – without direct authority - Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Diplomatic and articulate communication style in dealing with senior executives - Flexible, learner, ability to put structure to new initiatives; comfortable working in “unchartered areas” - Action oriented with effective decision-making skills. - High levels of initiative and self-motivationLTIMindtree is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that enables enterprises across industries to reimagine business models, accelerate innovation, and maximize growth by harnessing digital technologies.
