You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, acting as a strategic advisor and recruitment expert. Your work will directly impact our company's growth and culture.What You'll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Partner with stakeholders across departments to deeply understand hiring needs and build tailored talent strategies. Design and implement scalable recruiting strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. Source, attract, and engage candidates using a mix of platforms—LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, and more. Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision, ensuring a seamless candidate journey. Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidate fit across skill, culture, and growth potential. Continuously update and refine job descriptions and specifications in partnership with hiring teams. Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.What You Bring: Aminimum of 8 years' experiencein full-cycle recruitment, with astrong track record in the real estate industry . Must be aFull Time GraduateorPost Graduate(MBA/PGDM). Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels Strong and confident stakeholder management skills —you're a trusted advisor and relationship builder. Deep understanding of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Experience in interview coordination and scheduling. A strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement recruitment strategies that scale. Proficiency in writing and tailoring job descriptions and specifications.
