Join us in our journey of measuring progress to power human progress worldwide.Job Description:The Global Channel Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement through various sales channel partners. This role will focus on promoting TOEFL products and services globally, leveraging partnerships with study abroad agents, universities, language schools, educational associations, test prep companies, global and regional aggregators, and other relevant entities.- As a Director of Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing on marketing strategies that drives meaningful relationships with our B2B partners. - Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies to increase TOEFL adoption and usage globally. - Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of different channel partners, ensuring alignment with ETS's overall marketing goals. - Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, sales enablement, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. - Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. - Brand Promotion: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and partner communications. Provide guidance to the teams through execution playbook. - Event Management: Work with Sales Enablement and DI teams to organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote TOEFL products and services. - Experience setting and measuring performance against content and sales channel metrics - An understanding of modern CMS and UX; ability to supervise content creation on AEM, WordPress, etc.). - Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO, funnel analytics, community management, etc. - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. - Excellent aptitude for detail and accuracy and analytical skills.Required Experience:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred). - Minimum of 10 years of experience in channel marketing, preferably in the education sector. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies. - Experience in working at global level is a highly considered - Strong understanding of global education markets and trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
