Job Description

Domain Consultant – Cargo SpecialistGrade – BPO7/8 Years of experience – 15 to 25 years Location – Mumbai (preferable) or GurugramGeneric Domain & Soft Skill Requirements •Graduate in any stream with rich Airline Cargo domain experience (minimum 12+ years) •Well versed with standard Industry applications (iCargo, Cargospot, SKY chain, Croamis, RAPID, Smart Cargo) •Experience of managing large accounts and multiple team leaders •Experience in managing and maintaining financial health of the account •Excellent communication, Strong drive for results •Experience in successfully managing stringent client SLAs and KPIs •Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications •Very good Analytical skills and experience of managing multiple customers •Strong drive to identify and implement process transformations, optimization and automation •Ability to travel as per project requirementsSpecialization for Cargo Operations - Should be an expert in 1 or more of the following LOBs Airline Cargo Operations: Managing, handling, and documentation of freight shipments across air, sea, and land terminals. Cargo capacity management, Inventory Tracking, compliance with industry safety procedures. Cargo Operations Messaging expert: Airline Cargo Operations, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messaging for order processing, invoicing, and shipment notifications, Cargo IQ Cargo Revenue Management: Plan & optimize available cargo space, formulate pricing strategies, demand forecasting, utilize data analytics tools to identify patterns in cargo demand, flight capacity, and pricing to optimize revenue strategies Airline Cargo Warehouse activities: Track incoming and outgoing shipments, handle and store shipments as per SOPs and plans, comply with industry standard security and safety norms, handle cargo documentations and perform stock control and housekeeping operations Cargo L1.5/L2 Helpdesk Provide customer service support to clients via email, telecalls and webchat's with regards to booking, tracking, pricing, and any issues related to cargo
