Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key accounts, design targeted initiatives, and evaluate campaign effectiveness. Requires expertise in B2B marketing, campaign planning and execution and management.Key Responsibilities - 1. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)• Develop and implement ABM strategies aligned with overall business objectives to engage high-value accounts.• Identify and prioritize key accounts through data-driven analysis and segmentation.• Design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in collaboration with sales teams to create account specific marketing plans.• Partner with Business Segment Heads and Account Managers across geographies to define and refine account-centric strategies.2. Customer Engagement Strategy• Develop and execute customer engagement programs to drive lead generation and enhance account engagement.• Create personalized messaging and content to optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints.• Collaborate closely with sales, customer support, and other relevant teams to ensure a cohesive customer engagement approach.• Analyze customer interactions and campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives.3. Thought Leadership and Content Development• Collaborate with subject matter experts, solution teams, and product marketing to develop whitepapers, points of view (PoVs), case studies, videos, solution collateral, and internal communications.• Oversee and manage third-party agencies for the creation of high-quality marketing collateral.4. Multichannel Marketing Campaigns• Design and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging email marketing, social media, webinars, and events to engage target accounts.• Utilize data analytics and segmentation techniques to gain insights and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Qualifications• Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (from IT organizations like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.), with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing.• Post-graduate qualification (MBA in Marketing) or equivalent.• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across content, creative, marketing, and sales teams, as well as independently to meet client requirements.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to guide decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
