Job Description: As an Inside Sales Executive at WTF Gyms, your primary responsibility will be to assist our members with all things related to their gym memberships. This includes answering questions, guiding them through the membership renewal process, and ensuring they have a smooth, enjoyable experience with us. Key Responsibilities: Assist potential and current members with membership-related inquiries. Make outbound calls to expiring members to encourage renewals and re-engagement. Follow up with leads and provide detailed information about WTF Gym memberships, services, and offers. Help members with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their membership or gym access. Maintain accurate records of member interactions and updates in the CRM system. Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to improve member retention and grow our community. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high member satisfaction at all times. Requirements: Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in a fitness or membership-based environment). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections, close sales, and maintain positive relationships with members. Goal-driven and motivated by achieving targets and KPIs. Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office tools. Passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others reach their fitness goals.
