Location:Mumbai Experience:6+ yearsRole Overview As the Manager – Partnerships & Alliance, you will be the face of EvolutionCo’s collaboration ecosystem. From global tech platforms to niche innovation partners, your job will be to identify, onboard, and nurture relationships that open doors to new opportunities, co-creation, and business expansion.Key Responsibilities Identify potential partnerships and alliances that align with EvolutionCo’s business and technological vision. Build long-term relationships with strategic partners (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, Microsoft, AWS, etc.). Negotiate and execute MoUs, partnership agreements, and co-branded initiatives. Work closely with the business development team to co-create go-to-market strategies with partners. Maintain ongoing communication and performance tracking with partners to evaluate success and optimize collaboration. Represent EvolutionCo in industry events, conferences, and partnership forums. Stay updated with partner ecosystem roadmaps and emerging alliance opportunities.Requirements Proven experience in managing partnerships, alliances, or business development in digital or IT services space. Deep understanding of the tech and innovation ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive tangible business results from partnerships. Strong organizational and documentation skills with experience handling contracts and proposals.
