Role:Technology Architecture ( Job Grade:AssistantVice President) Reporting to:Head of Solution Architecture Location:Chennai Responsibilities Cloud migration experience, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations focusing onApplication Modernization on Google Cloud . Experience on other Public Cloud is a plus. Develop and execute the overall solution architecture strategy for the Large Transformation Project. Lead and manage a team of developers & technology architects to design and build a scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud-based platform. Own the design and development of all cloud-based solutions, framework design for measuring platform performance, logging and observability framework, security framework, identity and IAM framework, caching & queuing framework, including microservices, APIs, RDBMS, big data platforms, and AI/ML solutions. Cloud Native design architecturebased on distributive architecture, so that platform is cohesive, modular, extensible, reusable and scalable. Ensure that all solutions are compliant with all applicable security and industry standards. Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution architecture team.QualificationsMaster’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or electrical/ electronic engineering from a premier technical institute with relevant experience. Candidates with Bachelor’s in CSE from Premium Institutes may also be considered. 8+ Years of Hands-on development experience with core programming languages (Java, C#, Python, Golang, etc.) 10+ years of experience in designing and building scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures and solutions. Experience providing technical guidance and direction on projects from conception to execution. Professional Architect certification in GCP (preferred) or Azure or AWS 3+ years of experience in architecting large scale applications on public cloud Experience in architecting solutions for regulated FinTech industry is a plus Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Cloud Native design architecture based on distributive architecture, so that platform is cohesive, modular, extensible, reusable, and scalable. Experience in Microservices, Application Programming Interfaces (API), RDBMS, integration of big data platforms, and advanced analytics using AI/ML. Adept at analysing performance metrics, code quality, system behaviour, designing efficient workflows, optimising development pipelines, and ensuring smooth CI/CD practices. Proficient in Full stack development tools, demonstrate knowledge of OOP design through Java/C#/Go or Python, with expertise in RPA, Jenkins, etc., Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High Level knowledge of public cloud infrastructure Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience in leading and managing solution architecture for large, complex projects preferably in BFSI. Experience in working with Agile development methodologies. Experience in Secure DevOps practices. Experience in working with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
