If so, we’d love to have you on our team!What You’ll Do: Expand Our AI Knowledge Base:Curate industry insights, get certified in AI basics, and serve as our in-house Python expert. Shape Our Product:Develop the back-end system and data engineering processes needed to create vector embeddings for RAG applications. Continuous Learning & Adoption:Learn AI Prompting and work on developing and optimizing high-quality prompts for models like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with software developers and solution leads to understand requirements and develop features that align with our product roadmap.Job Requirements: Expert-level knowledge of core Python in a Linux environment (minimum of 5 years). Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Experience building and deploying Restful APIs Good understanding of Azure Functions is a must and able to deploy functions using Azure DevOps. Proven experience delivering cloud-based Python solutions, particularly on the Azure cloud platform. Strong background in data engineering, including developing aggregations and insights using Python Pandas, SQLs. Experience working with parsing JSON, and XML data structures. Experience working with LLMs such as Chat GPT / Claude / Gemini services. Experience working with RAG based applications and data ingestion to vector Database. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks like AutoGen, Langchain or LlamaIndex or equivalent AI frameworks. Ability to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Agile experience with knowledge of Azure DevOps for building CI/CD pipeline. Own all phases of the product development lifecycle, from conception to delivery and support. Ensure quality and security are built into the product using automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Postgres or other SQL databases, including writing SQL queries and technical documentation. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
