Team Management experience of managing a team of Fleet managers, Senior Technical Superintendent and Technical Superintendent all will be reporting to Director Technical. Director Technical will be managing a Team of 40 Superintendents. GM with 6-10 yrs of experience into Technical Department of managing a pool of Dry Vessels can apply.2) Director - Manning ( Dry Vessels - Bulk and Container Vessels)Summary: Director manning for Dry Vessels i.e. Bulk Carrier and Container vessels will be managing a pool for Dry fleet. Team Management experience of managing a team of Fleet Personnel Managers, Group Heads and Team of Fleet Personnel Department all will be reporting to Director Manning. Director Manning will be responsible for managing a pool of 200+ Vessels. GM with 6-10 yrs of experience into Fleet Personnel Department of managing a pool of Dry Vessels can apply.3) Fleet Personnel Manager / Senior Manager - Manning ( Tanker and Bulk Carrier)Class 1 COC - Chief Engineer or Master Mariner with 6-12 months sailing experience on Main Fleet Vessels - Dry or Tanker Managing a Pool of all type of vessels i.e. Dry and Tanker vessels. Team Management experience, Budgetting, Forecasting for vessels. Coordination with Principal Owners, Stakeholders, Higher Management. Compliance with repect to RPSL, MLC Compliance.4) Fleet Manager -Dry ( Bulk or Container Vessels)Eligibility: Chief Engineerwith sailing experience of06 - 12 months on Bulk carrier or Containervessels Currently working asTechnical Manager or Fleet Managerfrom past 1-4 yrs can apply. Relevant experience of managing a pool of Dry vessels i.e. 20-30 vessels, one TS will be managing 3-4 Vessels.
