We are currently looking to hire an experienced Planning - Quantity Surveyor (QS) to oversee cost estimation, project scheduling, and contract administration across our diverse project portfolio.About the Role: Planning - Quantity SurveyorKey Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6) and MS Project. - Prepare and monitor budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow projections. - Conduct quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis for residential and infrastructure works. - Implement effective cost control measures to maintain budget compliance. - Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials and services. - Administer contracts, manage claims, and handle variations in line with contractual terms. - Use SAP for financial reporting, procurement tracking, and material management. - Ensure adherence to project specifications, contract terms, and regulatory requirements. - Generate progress reports, cost control insights, and highlight risks to stakeholders. - Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies for potential delays and cost overruns.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.Required Skills- 5 to 15 years of experience in residential and infrastructure projects. - Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP. - Strong understanding of contract administration, especially FIDIC conditions. - Experience in cost estimation, claims management, and project scheduling.Preferred Skills- Certifications in Primavera, SAP, or PMP. - Prior experience in high-rise residential and large-scale infrastructure projects.Pay range and compensation package₹5 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Based on experience and qualifications)
