Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of the functional work streams Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Relationship Management from the start to production delivery.  Configure the solution on complex requirements and coordinate the effort with other team members to guarantee project milestones are met.  Support other team members during the implementation by providing feedback on the design and performing configuration reviews during the sprints.  Oversee and contribute to the delivery and deployment plan and ultimately guarantee successful deployment to production.  Support on system configuration that makes the difference.  Be creative, challenging and propose workarounds.  Transform POC (Proof of Concept) to a winning exercise, from the strategy to the implementation.  Support on Project’s scope definition.  Ability to understand business requirements and translate it into the solution.  Be the technical and functional expert of Ivalua solution.  Collaborate with business & Ivalua Team to enrich the roadmap.  Work with individual Solution team members (Functional & Technical) to help them configure specific scenarios to meet use cases and requirements of specific business needs.  Serve as mentor to colleagues and project teams.  Develop advanced configuration for complex integrations (EAI, API, cXML and ETL) solutions.  Provide functional and technical documentation for software customizations.  Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and issues to be resolved.  Assist in system design and functional specifications for all new development projects  Developing SQL Queries & Analysis for Reporting & Dashboards using BI cubes.Skills You Need to Succeed  Functional knowledge of SRM, Sourcing/Auctions, Supply Chain, and Procurement combined with project management skills.  5+ Years of experience in Ivalua implementation (Functional and Technical).  Knowledge and experience with SaaS and Cloud-Based applications.  Ability to understand Functional requirement and translate it into the solution  Be creative, challenging and propose workaround.  SQL, database management, workflow & ETL/EAI/API/cXML configuration experience. You will be required to demonstrate these skills during the interview process.  Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with colleagues in different teams is essential.  Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills  Self-driven and results-oriented attitude
