Job Description:- Hands-on experience in Title search – Current owners/ two owners and Full Searches - Proficiency in running current owner/ two owner/ full search in online title plants that includes private plants - Reviewing documents like deeds, mortgages, judgments, plat maps, easements, read to confirm legal descriptions, verifying tax status, and restrictions relating to subject property - Capture all required information from Deed, Mortgage, Lien, Judgment and Tax documents to prepare the title report/ title commitments - Prepare the abstract summary as per the client specific guidelines - Perform a final check on the reports to ensure we meet the client specific requirements on the reports - To adhere to organization’s Information security policies and procedures such as Acceptable use policyQUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:- Prior experience in a Senior Analyst / Senior Title Examiner / Title Specialist role or experience equivalent to the same - 3 - 6 years of working experience in US Residential Mortgage, with at least 3 years of working knowledge in Title Search and Examination. - Any undergraduate degree, diploma - Good communication skills - Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills. - Should be willing to work in shifts. - High producer with attention to quality - Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. - Detail oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills - Strong PC skills, with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
