Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by closing strategic leasing transactions, managing high-impact client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of a $3 billion portfolio across the country.What You’ll Achieve: Build a Winning Pipeline:Develop and maintain a high-potential leasing pipeline for IndoSpace projects in the region, translating leads into long-term tenants. Close with Impact:Collaborate with Regional Heads to negotiate and close leasing deals that align with our business objectives and enhance occupancy across assets. Deliver on Numbers:Achieve or exceed annual leasing targets, contributing directly to the region’s top-line growth. Operational Excellence:Maintain complete and up-to-date records for deals, client documentation, legal requirements, lease renewals, costings, and MIS. What You’ll Bring: Experience:3+ years in industrial or commercial real estate leasing with a proven track record of closing transactions. Industry Exposure:B2B client handling experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or commercial real estate. Education:Graduate degree is required; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.Key Responsibilities: Support in managing end-to-end leasing transactions from lead generation to closure and documentation. Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure timely execution of leases and client satisfaction. Support regional marketing and brand-building activities. Maintain deal summaries, leasing MIS, and approval documentation. Facilitate client visits, RFP responses, cost finalization, and site-level coordination.
