Job Description and Responsibilities TITLE: Engineer - Aftermarket Customer Service BUSINESS: Customer Service LOCATION: Thane, India DIRECT REPORTING: Team Leader Aftermarket Customer Service SSC DIRECT REPORTS: None POSITION DETAILS Position Summary Order entry of pump and spare part orders Principal Activities Processing of pump and spare part orders. Selection of the complete delivery package. Order entry, via the CRM into SAP system. Coordination with export control department in country of manufacturing. Coordination with internal and external interfaces. Clarification of technical and commercial issues. Follow-up of orders, dealing with warranty claims. Maintaining discounts for Norway & IMO AB as guided by manager. Managing IHM documents requests for pumps and spares for all divisions.Requirements CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Skills & Abilities Education & Experience 2+ years professional experience in customer service, order entry of industrial goods.
