We’re looking for a creative, organized, and spiritually inclined Social Media Manager to lead this journey.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for managing and growing a multi-channel social media presence across:- 3+ Instagram Accounts - 2+ Facebook Pages - 4+ YouTube Channels - 1 Twitter/X Account - 1 Patreon Page - Other Ad-Hoc Platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp Broadcasts, etc.)Core Duties:- Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, live sessions) tailored to each platform - Develop platform-specific growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions - Align messaging with astrological events, moon cycles, transits, and relevant spiritual themes - Collaborate with product, consultation, and content teams for promotions, launches, and campaigns - Engage with community comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and empathetic manner - Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visuals and reels - Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports using analytics tools - Assist in live session promotions, feedback collection, and community management across platforms - Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for captions, video scripts, thumbnails, and stories - Upload and manage YouTube content including SEO-optimized titles, tags, and thumbnails - Maintain and update Patreon offerings, announcements, and exclusive content consistentlyRequirements- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (especially Instagram, YouTube, and Patreon) - Strong interest or background in astrology, spirituality, or holistic wellness - Excellent content writing and copywriting skills with attention to detail - Proficient in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics - Ability to handle high-volume content calendars and cross-functional communication - Comfortable working with content creators, astrologers, and spiritual coaches - Strong storytelling ability and sensitivity to audience tone, especially for wellness-focused communitiesPreferred Qualifications- Basic understanding of planetary movements, lunar cycles, and spiritual observances - Familiarity with short-form video content creation and editing - Creative thinking with awareness of trending formats and platform updates - Experience with Telegram communities, WhatsApp broadcasts, and paid campaigns is a plusWhat We Offer- A spiritually fulfilling role with a brand making a positive impact - Positive work environment and collaborative team culture - Opportunities for creative input and content innovation
