The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive performance and growth.Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning : Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that provide actionable recommendations and facilitate cohesive decision-making processes at all levels of the organization. Corporate Strategy : Evaluate and restructure the organizational structure across key business functions, focusing on enhancing team efficiency and aligning resources to drive business success. Market Research : Conduct market research and potential mapping to inform strategic sales planning across business verticals. Analyze market trends to ensure the product portfolio aligns with market demands. Cross-functional Collaboration : Lead cross-functional teams, aligning business strategies and initiatives. Manage special projects and drive portfolio expansion to promote business growth. Problem Solving : Address complex business challenges across various functions by developing integrated solutions. Process Standardization (SOPs) : Design, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new product development and sales process optimization. Competitive Analysis : Perform competitive analysis to refine product positioning strategies in collaboration with the sales teams. Decision Support : Prepare and present strategic reports, recommendations, and analysis to senior management and stakeholders. Project Management : Oversee projects such as API integration initiatives to enhance data consistency and operational performance. Dashboards & MIS : Lead the development of dashboards using BI tools (Power BI/Qlik Sense), ensuring timely reporting and data consistency. Data Management : Deliver detailed market trend analyses and data insights to support decision-making processes and inform leadership strategies. Performance Metrics : Establish and evaluate KPIs to drive continuous improvement across all business functions. Business Development Support : Assist the business development team with primary and secondary research to identify new opportunities. Team Management : Lead cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and ensure the timely delivery of projects. Strategic Business Plans : Design and execute both short-term and long-term business plans and strategies.Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualification : B.Tech/B.E.(preferred) orMBA Experience : 8 to 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business analytics, or related fields. Proven track record of supporting senior leadership and delivering strategic outcomes.
