Decision Support : Prepare and present strategic reports, recommendations, and analysis to senior management and stakeholders. Project Management : Oversee projects such as API integration initiatives to enhance data consistency and operational performance. Dashboards & MIS : Lead the development of dashboards using BI tools (Power BI/Qlik Sense), ensuring timely reporting and data consistency. Data Management : Deliver detailed market trend analyses and data insights to support decision-making processes and inform leadership strategies. Performance Metrics : Establish and evaluate KPIs to drive continuous improvement across all business functions. Business Development Support : Assist the business development team with primary and secondary research to identify new opportunities. Team Management : Lead cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and ensure the timely delivery of projects. Strategic Business Plans : Design and execute both short-term and long-term business plans and strategies.Qualifications and Experience Educational Qualification : B.Tech/B.E.(preferred) orMBA Experience : 8 to 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business analytics, or related fields. Proven track record of supporting senior leadership and delivering strategic outcomes.
