They are an ISO certified manufacturer and exporter, known for their quality and comprehensive product range.Key Responsibilities:Sales:- Identify and generate business opportunities in domestic and international markets for spare parts related to heavy machinery (e.g., JCB, CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi) - Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients, distributors, contractors, and end users - Prepare customized proposals and pricing strategies based on client needs and market trends - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsMarketing:- Plan and implement marketing campaigns targeting the heavy equipment and industrial sectors - Conduct competitor and market analysis to develop strategies for growth - Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B events related to construction and machinery - Develop marketing content tailored for the industrial equipment sector, including brochures, catalogs, and digital content - Leverage digital tools and platforms to boost brand presence and generate leadsMandatory Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales/marketing of heavy earthmoving equipment or industrial machinery - Strong product knowledge of equipment like JCB, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, or equivalent - Understanding of spare parts supply chain and aftermarket sales - Familiarity with international trade/export procedures and documentation - Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration - Experience in B2B sales for OEMs or aftermarket parts distributors - Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing toolsFor more information, email at tanshi@ or call @9230998557
