With over 15+ years of experience,100+ Leadership/placements spread across India.Position: Recruitment consultant / Research AssociateRole: Looking for a passionate recruitment professional with experience in senior management recruitment in NON - IT Manufacturing sector.Reporting – Senior Search PartnerLocation – Depending on where the person is based it could be discussed -Hybrid /From office Chennai /From office DelhiResponsibilities -- Sourcing – Mapping -through social networking sites (LinkedIn), Internet Sourcing, Networking, head hunting and referencing. - Ability to network and also source on the basis of mandates received from clients through various platforms. - Should be able to handhold candidates during the interview process and on boarding. - Should have the skills and ability to sell the job opportunity to the potential candidates.Experience required (must) –- Graduate & MBA preferably with minimum of 4 years’ experience. - Experience in handling senior Leadership positions in manufacturing domain would be an added advantage. - Should have a positive attitude a go getter NEVER give up attitude. - Should be a self-starter.
