COMMISSIONING (PX-PTA) MANAGER (On Contract), Qualification.CHEMICAL ENGINEERUrgently Required to TOYO ENGINEERING INDIA Pvt. Ltd. at IOCL- Paradeep- OdishaQualification : Dip. / BE (Chemical)Experience : 15 years out of which 5 years in PX-PTA Plant operation. Total experience may be little relaxed (not less than 10 years) if candidate have PX-PTA experience and have worked with similar companies like Toyo.Job Description:Hold or attend regular design stage and construction phase commissioning meetings as required with Site Team and Owner/ PMC. Explain Commissioning Plan and make Alignment with Construction Team Support System Turnover Group, Monitor Construction work with respect to Commissioning Priorities Review EPC Contractors design documents, pre-commissioning , commissioning documents and ensure that the project requirements are taken care. Monitor and keep updating pre-commissioning / commissioning schedule as per actual condition at site. Witness/ Monitor equipment pre-commissioning activities, functional tests and start-ups. Witness/ Monitor systems functional testing. Approve and maintain EPC Contractors commissioning records, testing processes and checklists. Assist with identification and rectification of commissioning deficiencies. Prepare and publish daily/ weekly / monthly report. Track and review progress. Evaluate contractual and intermediate commissioning milestones and instruct EPC Contractor in accordance with the needs of the project. Supervise and approve EPC Contractors commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines.Other Skills Should be good Orator Familiar with Computer Skills, MS Office, Power Point PresentationsBehavioral Requirements Create an empowering and inspiring work culture with the commissioning team.
