Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with 10+ years in digital marketing to oversee the company’s digital marketing initiatives, content creation, Branding initiatives and optimization, driving revenue growth across multiple channels. You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with management, and ensure alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of long-term digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content, social media, and email. - Align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive key performance metrics. - Manage and mentor a diverse team of digital marketing professionals, UI/UX designers, and graphic designers. - Oversee content creation to ensure high quality, SEO optimization, and strong user experience. - Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to optimize paid, organic, and social media channels. - Analyze marketing performance metrics and use data to refine strategies. - Oversee the development and execution of large-scale, business-aligned marketing campaigns. - Stay ahead of marketing trends and implement innovative strategies across new markets. - Lead the development of dynamic social media strategies to increase engagement. - Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, product, and design teams to execute integrated campaigns. - Provide mentorship and development opportunities for marketing team members. - Conduct competitor and industry analysis to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities. - Experience from SAP-related companies or knowledge of SAP marketing is a plus
