Job Description

AccountabilitiesMajor Activities Execute the Learning Strategies across the plant units for all types of trainings (Behavioural, Technical, Health, Safety, Environment, Compliance) Planning and executing end to end training process (Training needs identification, designing the program, development of training material, measuring effectiveness) with active collaboration with Plant /Corporate HRBP Implement L&D SOP and training methodologies and ensure application of concepts on job for bringing maximum effectivity. Identify the internal and external trainers, creating the trainer pool for specific trainings Coordinate with the trainers (internal & external) for organizing the training on regular basis as per the need Keep track of on-the-job trainingL&D Training Budget Prepare and keep track of training Budget monthly basisL&D Metrics Ensuring and maintaining various L&D metrics like training attendance records, monthly schedule, monthly MIS, Annual Training calendar and effectiveness Analysis of training feedback and effectiveness forms and implement an action plan to make it effective Incorporating changes to provide better L&D service delivery LMS Implementation of Learning Management Systems at plants and corporate as per SOP, Ensure engagement and effectiveness Digital Learning Implementation of digital learning platforms at plants and ensuring engagement level Other L&D initiatives Take initiative and implement various L&D activities as per HO guidelines in plants Support to TM & OD team Collaborative working with Talent Management team for Hi Pots identification and development, succession planning and other organisational development initiatives Audit Ensure L&D SOP is followed and No NCR in various audits in L&D Stakeholder Management Active collaboration with Plant/Corporate HRBP, Plant Head, HODs, Purchase, Internal & External Trainers/ Institutes & other relevant stakeholdersExperience:- 5-10 Years / Manufacturing exposure
