Self Booking Tool implementation and operations. Corporate Travel requirements including contracting with airlines, ticketing, Hotel contracting with negotiations and bookings. Contracting and managing the operations of land transport requirements Managing the different MICE requirements of the company. Driving the Travel Policy adherence and tracking the market trends and customer feedbacks to make amends to the policy from time to time. Reviewing the vendor contracts at regular intervals to get the best deals for the company. Driving savings on all aspects of travel. Ensuring audit compliance, responding to audit queries and enhance the process to fix gaps if any. Work in sync with cross functional teams to handle services effectively. Drive a tech driven approach in managing Travel, Expense and GST reconciliation services.Individual Traits: Integrity Hands on person. Balance customer needs and viability.
