The company operates pan India with a dedicated team of 50+ employees and a contracted workforce of over 1000.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Billing and estimation Manager who oversees all billing operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing aligned with project milestones and contract terms. This role acts as the link between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and accounting, ensuring smooth financial workflow and compliance..Key Responsibilities:- Generate and review progress billings based on project milestones or percent completion (as per AIA/CCDC formats - Coordinate with project managers to track change orders and ensure they are billed appropriately - Cost Estimation, and Contract Negotiation skills. Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers - QS / Billing / Site Measurements / Pre contract / Post Contract - Liaise with clients and consultants for payment certification and follow-up. - Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and billing reports - Ensure compliance with contract terms, local tax regulations, and accounting standards. - Support internal audits and project close-outs with final billing and documentation - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in purchasing and estimating roles - Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related fieldQualifications:- Experience in construction/interior fit-out billing or project accounting. - Strong knowledge of construction contracts (lump sum, cost-plus, unit price, etc.). - Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Builder-trend, CMiC, or similar) and accounting tools (Tally, Quickbooks, Sage, etc.). - Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
