The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel planning, including flights, hotels, packages, and visas. A passion for travel, strong sales skills, and exceptional client servicing are essential. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end travel bookings includingflights, hotels, holiday packages, and visa services . Provide personalized travel solutions toB2C and B2B clientsbased on their preferences, budget, and travel goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by deliveringexceptional service and follow-up support . Suggestcreative itinerariesand upsell relevant services like insurance, upgrades, excursions, etc. Stay updated ontravel trends, airline policies, and visa requirements . Handle complex or escalated bookings and resolve issues withprofessionalism and urgency . Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and vendors for seamless operations and pricing. Meet individual and team sales targets, and contribute to overall business growth. Train or mentor junior travel consultants as needed. Requirements: Minimum3–5 years of experiencein the travel industry. Strong expertise ininternational destinations , air ticketing (GDS knowledge preferred), hotel bookings, and visa handling. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient with travel software, CRMs, and MS Office. High attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and customer-first mindset. Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Travel & Tourism or relevant industry training. Hands-on experience withGDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre . Prior experience handling high-end or luxury clients is a plus.
