The Barista will be responsible for coffee preparation, providing excellent customer service, utilizing interpersonal skills, and effective communication.Qualifications- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required. - A strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee brewing and preparation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. - Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized under pressure. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
