You’ll work closely with our founding team and play a central role in ensuring smooth daily operations and great customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfilment: Manage order processing from packing to delivery. Coordinate with internal packing teams and third-party logistics providers (e.g. Shiprocket).RTO & Returns: Handle failed deliveries, reduce return-to-origin (RTO) rates through proactive communication with customers and couriers.Customer Support: Resolve queries over WhatsApp, email, and phone. Confirm high-value orders and nudge cart abandoners or past buyers to complete purchases.Inventory Management: Ensure product inventory is up-to-date on Shopify. Coordinate with supplier teams to replenish stock in time.Offline Events: Support the setup and execution of exhibitions and pop-ups.
