We are seeking a passionate and talented ARM to join our dynamic team.Find more about us! - 10 PM - 8 AM Work Mode: In Office (5 days working)About Role: As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in optimizing hotel performance and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will revolve around executing various strategies to ensure seamless operations and effective revenue management.Key Requirements: Pricing Updates: Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies. Understand this in different brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG etc. OTA Management: Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimize our presence on various platforms to drive bookings. Work on improving our ranking in all OTA’s like , Expedia, Airbnb etc. Rate Shopping: Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive. Rate Plan (PMS/RMS Config): Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).Key Qualifications: Good analytical skills and comfort with numbers. Hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact. Strong problem-solving abilities, including breaking down complex issues and implementing effective solutions. Able to work with dynamic teams of Revenue/Sales Managers, Revenue/Sales Associates etc.Span of Responsibility: The Revenue Operations role encompasses a range of tasks focusing on execution. Your responsibilities will include Rate Shopping, Pricing Updates, OTA Execution, Rate Plan Configuration, and Stakeholder management.
