If you have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes, we want to hear from you. What You Will Be Doing • Proactively identify and reach out to potential HNI / Ultra HNI clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / Ultra HNI clients and channel partners, including investors, high-profile individuals, and business leaders. • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve residential sales targets. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential buyers. • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions. • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. • Provide regular market analysis and reports to the senior management team. • Track and analyse sales data, including conversion rates and revenue. What You Bring To The Table ● Extensive experience in the sale of luxury projects, new project launches, development of broker network and HNI deals. ● Proven 3-8 years’ experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically working with HNI clients. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. ● High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
