At Growave, we’re building a marketing platform for e-commerce businesses that helps online stores drive customer loyalty and engagement.Our team has grown to 80+ people, and we’re looking for a Technical Support Manager to strengthen our support function and help our clients get the most out of our product.What you’ll be doing:• Communicating with clients• Resolving technical issues and support requests• Working with SQL, API, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript• Integrating the Growave app with Shopify stores• Writing bug reports and tasks for the dev team• Preparing monthly reports on completed tasksWhat we’re looking for:• Experience in technical support• Confident knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript• Ability to write SQL queries• Familiarity with Jira or similar systems• Strong communication skills and analytical mindsetWhat we offer:• Fully remote work• Mentorship during the probation period• Paid vacation and the ability to take time off on your country’s public holidays• Work on an international product• A team of professionals at Middle+ level and higher
